Three undergraduates travelled to the Manu National Park in South East Peru where they carried out a number of biological projects involving the identification of orchids, and the identification of frogs and toads. Follow-up identification work is continuing at the Peruvian Natural History Museum, and at the Royal Botanical Gardens, Kew. The expedition also undertook study of human encroachment, in the park, for the Peruvian Foundation for the Conservation of Nature.
